Why is the 1st season left out? (2)

Seasons 2 and 3 (A's and StrikerS) have an improved DVD version, 4-komas, official mangas... So why is the first season left out?
It would especially be nice to have a redrawn episode 5 -- the chara design in that episode is so bad, it's barely watchable.

Season 1 has DVD versions that are improved (Nanoha's Starlight Breaker now has pinkish energy gathering instead of just some sparkles gathering together for instance and coloring has way improved)

but for some reason they never redid the designs of episode 5 o.O

Except for a slang for a sleeping pill (xanax), there's nothing I know of.

according to NanohaWiki, it's likely derived from Zanbatou (斬馬刀), which was a type of Japanese sword.

As for the spelling,
wikipedia:

RainMeter is a hardware montair and winamp control desktop program. What it does it based on the skin but it has a lot of plugins and extras. I use it just for the Nanoha skin, i allready have speed fan and ATI tool for harware montairing.
