That would be mine, which can handle some of H.264 encoding, but can't handle such large files as like... Hayate no Gotoku.
I think it has to do something with hard drive space and memory, since I couldn't play Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha S1 until I found my old 40GB hard drive, and I only had 64/128MB (64 in BIOS, 128 in WINDOWS o_O) memory.

You are not the only one I guess. My machine has trouble handling H.264 as well, the image chops and the sounds gets out of sync. I heard installing coreAVC would fix it, but have not look into that yet.

The midmaker program at the bottom automatically combines all 4 fonts if they're installed, to make the fancy flipped/reversed font like on the devices.

It does a very good job, though it does not create a TTF file... it makes a PNG photo of what you type. However it is a start, it can be used to make a TTF file. Someone just has to do it with a "Font Making Program"... since I am no good at it there may some nice person who could help.

Hmm... I think it's impossible to put it into a complete TTF, since the word itself is flipped and reversed in the background.

See, if you type STANDBY, the background would say YBDNATS.

Of course, unless you put Y in S, the font wouldn't match.

Subaru vs Ginga (7)

I know that Subaru is a more important charcter. But I find that I like Ginga more than Subaru especially Ginga's character design. Is this wrong?

Subaru has a strong personality, and is... different. Nobody in Lyrical Nanoha is anywhere like her.

Ginga doesn't really stand out. She has no particular characteristic (besides being a dojikko in the 4-komas), so she isn't really needed.
Sure, she's sweet&cute, but there are already lots of sweet&cute girls in that anime.

Satashi offers two different endings for Reminisce.
And I find the "alternative" one (which, I believe, was the originally written one) extremely moving and well-written.
Not exactly a happy ending, but an epilogue with a happy feeling in it.

The "normal" ending feels a bit forced; it was not planned like that.

Suicidal, that would be OOC. AFAIK, when Nanoha is being emotional, she even more hyperactive than usual. She might kill herself by overdoing it, but not intentionally.

I am glad to hear that Geneon has the license to these. They are much more forgiving in the fact that they allow the distribution of their series online even though they have licensed it. Unlike ADV or FUNimation! Well, I myself am planning on buying the R2 DVDs for the first two seasons at the end of July... I will later get the third season. When they are released by Geneon, I may also consider buying those.

We're talking about Italian market, which is like 1/100th of the the US Market (average anime DVD sells below 2000 copies here). Yet, the small companies provide DVDs that are better than the mean US DVD release. That's why I say Geneon version needs to get more stuff to be considered worth buying in my eyes.

Those ADV bitches were saying that AIR was created by the authors of Haruhi Suzumiya no Yuutsu. Better luck on licensing for them :P

Air was animated by Kyoto animation, same studio that did Haruhi, but saying the same authors is a bit far.

I think not licensing StrikerS is just as much a safety move as a PR one, since 52 episodes is alot to license and they don't even know how the first 13+13 will do.

Fortunately, in MGLN, you can understand lots of scenes (the cutest ones) just by understanding a handful of Japanese words (kawaii, ii, -ko, namae, tomodachi, etc.), and paying attention to the characters' faces, tone of voice, etc.

When Hayate sees the trouble Nanoha has with Vivio, and says "... ace of aces ..." with an amused voice, it's not hard to guess the rest of the sentence.
