Which of the Numbers will bite it (ie. die)?

Hopefully none. This IS the nanoverse so most likely they will be "befriended" by the end of the show. Well, there may be one or two who will bite it but I don't think it's any of the ones introduces do far. But, like I said, this IS the nanoverse, so you can't really predict what's going to happen.

There's indeed a high probability that the only casualty will be Dr Spaghetti. Why do you think Subaru-tachi eat spaghetti regularly?

IV's name is 4 in Italian, Quattro. Same for the others.
However, Protuguese is also a Latin-based language, so some numebrs are similar (especially 9, which is Nove in both languages.)

If I'm not wrong, with the exception of Numbers II (Due) and IV (Quattro), the rest of the numbers AND Jail all survived. Jail was of cos, in Jail - maximum security and the rest of the Numbers are being 'reformed' probably thru some education thing.

Due was slaughtered by Zest I believe.
Quattro had the honor of being flattened by a Divine Buster.

I can imagine Nanoha going down to the cells at least once a week, to give Quattro her regular befriending treatment. Not to vapourise her of course, just make her experience more than INFINITE pain from the business end of Raging Heart's full-mag charged Divine Buster. And of course, who would dare stop the White Devil from doing so?! No doubt she'd do the same for Dr. Scaglietti, for what he did to Vivio.
