Some hackery and googling lead me to a post on the board software author's forum for how to implement spoiler tags. See the latest addition to the rules up top for how to use them. I'm not going to go back and edit any existing posts but keep the new tag in mind for the future.
Currently they've only been implemented on the default Blue Moon theme and they don't work in IE6. This is not a problem because this entire board looks awful in IE6 anyway. If someone wants to hack up the Blue Moon css file to implement IE fixes I'd greatly appreciate it (and the Kareha devs would probably as well).
I had to do a force refresh in Firefox to pick up the feature (shift + refresh) so if the text below isn't spoiler'd maybe that's the problem.

Also, it doesn't work when you disable website colors, which I always do whenever I see text that's not black on white.

I ganked the obscenely simple spoiler javascript from another highly popular imageboard so now spoilers lol should work properly in IE6.
In the episode 21 we can see Nanoha and Fate having sex together
